Successful Social Workers will be joining a highly sought-after authority which offers phone interviews, laptops and mobile phones for its social workers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to beat the rate caps of the North-East and boost your earnings! - Depending on location this could be a daily commute from parts of the North-East or a good stay-away role that wouldn’t require a long journey home at the weekend.
The service is recruiting across it’s frontline Child Protection and Assessment teams to keep caseloads below 25-per social worker and allow social workers to invest the proper amount of time and resources into each case.
Candidates should have at least two years’ experience in frontline social work and must have references for their past roles in Child Protection, Assessment, or similar teams.
