Job description

Apply for this job

Are you looking for a social work post in Children with Disabilities (CWD)? £38/h - Berkshire

Sometimes it seems that every role, every agency, and every local authority are looking for Child protection social workers; and in honesty sometimes this is the case. Vacancies within more specialist teams tend to be more uncommon, and often filled with permanent workers who have learned the hard way that agency work can often lead back to Safeguarding and Child Protection teams.

Have you got experience working within children with disabilities? If so I have great news for you. I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Children with Disabilities (CWD) social worker to join a team, who due to maternity, is looking for a new member asap. The team has received a large influx of funding, and is part of a forward thinking local authority who uses a true multi-agency approach to engage families. You will be working alongside a host of specialist team members who range from drug abuse, to adults support, to ensure service users get the best possible outcomes.

The authority is base din Berkshire, and is easily commutable from London, Buckinghamshire, Surrey and even parts of Hampshire or Oxfordshire. If you are keen to find out more, and secure yourself a  stable role in a specialist team – along with a more than competitive rate then get in touch asap.
