Children’s Social Workers – CP/LAC Team – South-Wales – £35/hr
Frontline are recruiting experienced children’s social workers to join a Child Protection/Looked After Children team in South-Wales. This role offers fantastic flexibility and huge potential for agile working and personal control of diary. The local authority is in the perfect location as its commutable from Cardiff, Swansea, Bridgend and more.
Successful Social Workers will be joining a highly sought-after authority which offers highly competitive pay rates, telephone interviews, and long-term stability for all of its social workers. The team manager has also offered to be as flexible as possible when assigning cases – meaning your caseload could be more CP or more LAC depending on your preference.
The service is currently recruiting for Child Protection/Looked After Children social workers due to a commitment to keeping caseloads manageable for all of it’s social workers - Social workers can expect to carry between 18-22 cases.
CP/LAC social workers must have experience of CP or LAC duties, and social workers from a Child Protection/Safeguarding background are highly encouraged to apply.

- HCPC registered
