The successful Social Worker must have the ability to manage complex work within their area of expertise; long term Children's Safeguarding & Child Protection and court work.
Caseloads are currently set at the 20 mark, with a reduction in this number naturally occurring with successful recruitment of further members onto the team; giving you the opportunity to take pride in your work, and provide the best possible service to families in the service.
