Frontline Staffing is currently looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker to work within a Referral and Assessment Team for a local authority based in Yorkshire.

The team has a fantastic reputation within a sought after local authority. The low turnover and long term contracts within the team are a testament to the management style and low caseloads that they offer. The contract is starting with a 6 month minimum granting you a level of flexibility and stability that can be difficult to find in the current climate.

The successful social worker will have experience of:

  • Liaising with other professionals 
  • Relevant legislation 
  • Holding complex cases 
  • Working with children on Child Protection Plans, Looked after Children and Children in Need 
  • Child protection Care proceedings 
  • Attending Court 
  • Court Reports 
  • Working with new Public Law Outline (PLO) 
  • Section 47s 
  • Core assessments 
  • Child protection meetings 
  • Case conferences 
  • Attending LAC Review

As a social worker, you MUST be: 

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Registered with HCPC
  • Access to a vehicle and driving licence
