Frontline are recruiting experienced children’s social workers to join frontline Child Protection teams commutable from most of the West-Midlands, North-Wales and parts of the North-West.
This role would be perfect for social workers who can commute but also ideal for anyone looking to stay away for a few nights per week in order to boost their rate.
Social workers that prefer flexible working options such as a compressed working week or some home working can be accommodated, especially those coming from further afield.
Successful Social Workers will be joining a highly sought-after authority which offers phone interviews, laptops and mobile phones for all of its social workers.
The service is recruiting across it’s frontline Child Protection teams to keep caseloads at 20-per social worker and allow social workers to invest the proper amount of time and resources into each case.
Candidates should have at least two years’ experience in frontline social work. Social workers with 4-5 years+ experience will be eligible for the senior rate which is one of the highest rates in the UK.
